Q: do you buy preowned gowns for consignment?

A: WE DO NOT, ALL OF OUR GOWNS ARE LUXURY SAMPLES SENT TO US STRAIGHT FROM OUR SISTER STORE, ultimate bride


Q: Do I pay for the gown in full?

A: Yes! Any gown you want to take home with you is required to be paid in full before leaving the store. 

Q: How many guests can I bring to my appointment?

A: WE ASK THAT YOU KEEP YOUR PARTY TO A MAXIMUM OF 4 GUESTS (12 years or older) EXCLUDING THE BRIDE.  

Q: Is Second City Bride by appointment only? 

A: we love being able to offer a private, uninterrupted shopping experience, therefore we do ask that you book an appointment or give us a call if you’re thinking about walking in!

Q: Do you serve champagne?

A: if you WOULD LIKE TO CELEBRATE WITH BUBBLY WE SUggest bringing your Own AS WELL AS DISPOSABLE CUPS!

Q: Do you have Alterations on site?

A: No, but we do KNOW SOME OF THE BEST tailors and seamstresses In TOWN. Ask about our referral list!

Q: What is the price point? 

A: OUR GOWNS START AROUND $1,000, WITH THE MAJORITY FALLING BETWEEN $2,000 - $4,000. PRICES WILL VARY DEPENDING ON DESIGNER, STYLE AND CONDITION!  


Q: DO YOU CHARGE FOR INITIAL CONSULTATIONS?

A: nope! Booking an appointment is absolutely free, but we do require a credit card on file as there is a $25 charge for appointments not cancelled with 24 hours notice

Q: WHAT SIZES ARE CARRIED IN STORE?

A: MOST OF OUR GOWNS ARE A 10-12 BRIDAL, WHICH TRANSLATES TO ABOUT A 4-8 STREET SIZE. WE DO HAVE A LIMITED SELECTION OF SAMPLES THAT ARE SMALLER AND SOME THAT ARE LARGER, FEEL FREE TO MESSAGE US DIRECTLY IF YOU’RE LOOKING FOR A PARTICULAR SIZE AND/OR STYLE!
